If you are not familiar with what a Trunk Show is. A trunk show is  where a designer puts on an exclusive event in our store for a limited time, (usually over a weekend) and sends the latest, hottest gowns for our brides to try on.

Sometime this means we have the entire line in store, or the latest gowns fresh from the catwalk, or the best and most popular gowns from the line.

The Angela’s Bridal Dress of the Week is an extremely unique and stunning Mikaella, style # 1660.  This gown is made of Mikaella satin, which is a very light weight, natural and rich fabric. 

The cap sleeves, which go slightly off the shoulder, are what make this gown stand out from all the rest, not only at Angela’s Bridal, but also throughout the wedding gown industry. 

This is the perfect gown for a bride whom is in search of something different.  Currently, many wedding dresses are strapless with a sweetheart neckline or scoop. 

If a gown does feature cap sleeves, it is typically made of lace.  Mikaella has created this beautiful satin dress, offering an alternative fabric to the brides whom wish to wear some sort of sleeve. 

This season we have seen a prominent change in neckline styles, and designers have branched out creating different looks, and this gown is a perfect example.

The Angela’s Bridal Dress of the Week, Tara Keely #2203, is a fabulous gown with stunning accents unlike any other dress! 

With a very simple shape, silhouette and style, this gown’s features give a couture bridal feel. 

Tara Keely #2203 is a trumpet style gown, which is a very predominant shape throughout the 2012 Spring Tara Keely Collection, and also throughout the industry. 

Lazaro Perez, creator and designer of Tara Keely, used the trumpet style, but added something different, organza ruffles cascading down the skirt and chapel train. 

This accent portrays how heavily influenced this designer was by Spanish style throughout the process of creating this particular line.

We have been receiving so many new dresses from each of the designers Spring 2012 collections every day that it is so hard to choose just one dress of the week! Once again designer Lazaro has created a masterpiece, experimenting with alternative mediums and materials! This week, a three-dimensional, ivory floral bridal ball gown made from organza is the essence of romance, just in time for Valentine’s Day! Lazaro uses the organza to create hundreds of beautiful and extremely delicate flowers with Swarovski crystal accents scattered throughout. The dress of the week is from designer Paloma Blanca, in honor of the Trunk Show we are hosting this weekend, February 3rd & 4th, here at Angela’s Bridal. 

This gown has just arrived in the shop, and is one of the latest pieces from Paloma Blanca’s 2012 Premiere Collection. 

Style 4265 is a modified A-line, featuring a scoop neckline and duchess satin bodice in the diamond white.  The top of this gown is extremely flattering and looks sleek and slimming on any bride. 

The belt found on the natural waist line singes to create that perfect shape!  Each belt, including the one seen with this particular style, is made of the finest materials; duchess satin, Swarovski crystal, silk thread and mother of pearls!
